Quiz answers

When you complete the assessment, we collect your responses to the quiz questions. These answers are used to generate your personalised result and are stored on our servers to produce and deliver your report.

Email address

We ask for your email address before displaying your free result. We use this to send you a confirmation email if you purchase the Full Report, and to send you a link to your report. We do not add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.

Payment information

If you purchase the Full Report, payment is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not see or store your card number, billing address, or any other payment details. Paddle's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

Technical data

We may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and referring URL through standard server logs or analytics tools. This is used solely for security and site performance purposes.

• To generate and display your personalised assessment result
• To deliver the Full Report by email if purchased
• To send a purchase confirmation email
• To respond to support enquiries
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To improve the service over time using aggregated, non-identifiable data

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your quiz answers, email address, and result data are stored in Google Firestore (Firebase), a cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use essential session-based browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to maintain your quiz state and result across page navigation. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain quiz answers and result data for a reasonable period to support report delivery and customer support. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your personally identifiable information from our records within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record
