Thailand Move Check (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online assessment tool that helps people evaluate whether relocating to Thailand is a realistic fit for their lifestyle and budget. The service consists of a free quiz-based assessment and an optional paid Full Report — a digital document delivered instantly after purchase.

By using this website and completing the assessment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service and to make a purchase. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. The service is intended for personal, informational use only.

3. What You Receive

The free assessment produces a summary result — your top city match and key compatibility indicators — based on your quiz answers. The paid Full Report is a personalised digital report that includes detailed city analysis, budget breakdown, visa pathway direction, risk flags, and a suggested next-steps plan. The Full Report is delivered as a PDF and is accessible immediately after your payment is confirmed.

4. Informational Nature — No Guarantees

Thailand Move Check provides general, informational guidance only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, immigration, or tax advice.

We make no guarantee of any specific outcome including but not limited to:

• Visa approval or eligibility
• Residency rights or immigration status
• Employment or income prospects in Thailand
• Accuracy of cost-of-living estimates for any specific period
• Suitability of any specific city for your personal circumstances

Results are generated algorithmically based on your answers and general data. You should seek qualified legal and immigration advice before making any relocation decisions.

5. Payments

The Full Report is a one-time digital purchase. There is no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your card details are never seen or stored by Thailand Move Check. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your transaction is the price you pay.

6. Refunds

Because the Full Report is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not provided as a matter of course. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and how to contact us if you have an issue with your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the assessment, report content, copy, and design — is the property of Thailand Move Check. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the service or report without our written permission. Your report is licensed for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thailand Move Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Full Report.
