1. About Thailand Move Check

Thailand Move Check (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online assessment tool and digital publisher. We offer a free quiz-based result, a paid personalised report generated from your answers, a catalogue of written relocation guides, and scheduled one-to-one consultations.

We are the seller for everything sold here. PayPal processes the payment but does not sell you the product, so your contract for any purchase is with us.

By using this website, completing the assessment, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service and to make a purchase. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. The service is intended for personal, informational use only.

3. What You Receive

The free assessment produces a summary result based on your quiz answers.

The Full Report

A personalised digital report generated from your answers, which may include a city fit analysis, a budget estimate, a lifestyle fit summary, a general visa category overview, readiness indicators, common planning mistakes and a preparation checklist.

Guides and bundles

Pre-written PDF guides covering specific Thai cities and topics, sold individually or grouped into bundles. These are the same document for every buyer and are not personalised. Page counts and contents are described on each product page.

Consultations

A scheduled one-to-one call of the stated length. After purchase you receive a short form to complete, and time slots are offered within 24 hours of that form arriving. What you are buying is time and guidance, not a document or a deliverable.

Everything except the consultation call itself is delivered digitally and automatically once payment is confirmed. Download links are personal to you, are limited to a reasonable number of downloads, and expire after twelve months. If a link stops working, email us and we will issue a new one.

4. What Is Not Included

No purchase on this site includes:

• Travel, flight or hotel booking
• Visa application submission or immigration representation
• Legal, tax or financial advice
• Property search, viewing, or brokerage, and we do not act as your agent
• Relocation management
• Ongoing advisory support after the purchase or the call

A consultation is a conversation. It is strategic guidance and practical experience, shared in a scheduled call. It does not make us your adviser, agent or representative, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind beyond that call.

5. Informational Nature and No Guarantees

Everything we publish or discuss is general informational guidance. Nothing on this website, in any report or guide, or said during a consultation constitutes legal, financial, immigration, tax, real estate, or professional relocation advice.

Reports are generated algorithmically from your quiz answers. Guides reflect research and personal experience at the time of writing, and conditions in Thailand change. Use all of it as a planning and research tool.

We do not guarantee:

• Visa approval or eligibility, including any DTV application outcome
• Residency rights or immigration status
• Employment or income prospects
• Accuracy of cost-of-living estimates for any future period
• Availability or pricing of housing
• Suitability of any city for your exact personal circumstances
• Any government, landlord, bank, employer, or immigration outcome

Visa decisions rest entirely with the consular officer or immigration authority. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals before acting.

6. Payments

Every product is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made.

7. Refunds

Reports, guides and bundles can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Consultations can be refunded in full up to 24 hours before the scheduled call, and are not refundable after that point.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the assessment, the reports, the guides, the copy and the design, is our property. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share a guide, a report, or a download link, and you may not use any of it to train a machine learning model. Download links are monitored, and a link being shared publicly will be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thailand Move Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Conduct on a Consultation

Consultations are booked in good faith on both sides. We may end a call and refund it if it becomes abusive, and we may decline to take a booking. Recording a call requires the agreement of both people on it.

11. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your purchase, email us first. We answer quickly and we have never refused a reasonable refund request.

Opening a payment dispute without contacting us, on a product that was delivered, costs us a fee on top of the amount in question. Where that happens we may revoke the download links for that purchase and decline future orders from the same account. This does not affect any right you have to dispute a genuinely unauthorised or undelivered transaction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing something is not a waiver of it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
